Our expertise
Since its inception in 2011, OneAction has been working towards preserving and restoring ecosystems, developing income-generating activities to encourage self-sustainability, and creating synergies between actors from the public, private, academic and business worlds.
Our added value
Inspire

Our values
OneAction works with 5 key values and ensures that they are translated both at headquarters and in the field.
Altruism
For OneAction, altruism is reflected in our daily work and in our projects through kind and benevolent action and a strong sense of commitment.
Integrity
Integrity means that OneAction constantly strives for coherence and reliability in the conduct of its activities.
Sustainability
OneAction understands sustainability as giving back to nature what we borrow from her. Within our projects, this implies sharing accessible tools; preserving biodiversity; favouring short circuits and food and energy autonomy; and a qualitative and long-term vision.
Unity
OneAction seeks to promote a spirit of unity. Because the multiple causes of today’s global challenges are interrelated, OneAction favours a holistic approach and the pursuit of the greater common good.
Sense of sharing
OneAction sees the development and conduct of its projects through co-creativity, always sharing with all stakeholders. It maintains strong interactions with its partners and seeks to invariably work with joy.

Our annual reports
Annual report 2023-2024
A new dawn is also rising for OneAction’s future: the leaders of the family business Almighty Tree – passionate experts in tree planting – will take over the management of the association starting in 2025, driven by their ambition to expand their impact. They will oversee the urban greening project Reunited under the Canopy, further strengthened in 2024 by a promising partnership with the City of Carouge.
